End of interview questions

reference

End-of-interview questions I used:

  • What is a problem/project that you worked on where using the right data structures was a core part of solving the problem efficiently? (e.g. using QuadTrees in Google Maps)
  • What is the most fulfilling project that you’ve worked on here so far?
  • What do you think are a few key qualities for being a valued team member and employee?
  • How do tasks get decided and distributed in the team?
  • How and how often is feedback given?
  • What’s the most annoying part of your work?
