Note titles should be a tiny summary of their content

Notes should be atomic, meaning that each note contains a single idea. If a note contains a single idea, then the title of each note should be a succinct one-sentence summary of its content.
This way, you have a good idea of what you will find in a note even before you open to read it.
It also acts as a simple litmus test: If the note cannot be summarized in one sentence, it either talks about multiple ideas and therefore it needs to be broken down to separate notes, or the writing is not yet clear enough and the note needs to be refined.
